Hans Olsen Sofa / Daybed for Frem Røjle with new upholstered with Kvadrat Raf Simons Fabric

A rare Danish sofa/daybed designed by Hans Olsen for Frem Røjle, Denmark, dating from around 1962. The teak frame has distinctive sculptural side supports and a long, low profile. The sofa has been newly reupholstered in Kvadrat / Raf Simons fabric with a richly textured black-and-white surface and subtle blue accents. The teak shows a naturally aged surface with visible grain and minor signs of age.
