Skateboard Deck with Iconic Ed Colver Image
This limited edition skateboard deck by “Original in Berlin” features a striking and provocative photograph by legendary punk photographer Edward Colver. The image was originally created in the early 1990s during a photoshoot for Christian Death’s "Iconologica"album. A subversive take on Michelangelo’s “Creation of Adam,” the scene was shot in Colver’s studio, using an antique skeleton once owned by tattoo artist Mad Marc Rude.
Colver described the shot as “a joke, a fuck off to death image,” capturing the rebellious spirit of the punk era. Signed by the artist, this deck is more than a collectible—it’s a raw piece of visual protest and underground culture. Available in different colours as shown.
