Ceramic Tile Panel in Three Parts, attributed to Jacqueline Hubin for Roger Capron
France, 1970s
This set of three ceramic tiles forms a continuous decorative composition depicting a stylized bird among branches and foliage, accompanied by a floral motif in a chalice. Executed in incised line and dotted relief, the imagery is enriched by warm, earthy glazes characteristic of Vallauris ceramics. Each tile measures 8 × 15 cm.
The stoneware tiles are in good vintage condition and exemplify the refined, graphic language associated with the Capron workshop. The set is not signed; however, the craftsmanship and color palette are consistent with works by Jacqueline Hubin, as seen in another listing.
