A Gift From Overseas
Let me introduce you to Katherine McCleary and Dan Wenger. These friends from Santa Cruz, California are a big part of our live for a couple years already. I met Katherine and Dan the first time in 2015 with my family during a road trip in California. For sure our connection came through his fantastic furniture design that I was eager to represent in Berlin but it was even more fascinating to meet so fine people with such an intellect, creativity, humor and for sure a warmth of welcoming which seeks his own kind. I brought also several friends to Katherine and Dan to show them an example of a lifestyle and a big lust for life which I couldn't imagine better myself. Dan is a very inventive human being and always looking for a new challenge. Besides his furniture designs and the Wenger Cube he also invented probably the most accurate Sundial. Katherine and Dan were so kind to contribute a Sundial for our house in Kleinmachnow. Even the biggest gift for us is for sure to have Katherine and Dan in our life.
