The first Plan

After clearing all the financial topics for the property the path was paved to advance the project. We gave the Kappes  free specs for the design of the house. I only mentioned that his 60s and 70s houses are our favorite designs. We love the Redwood, the Concrete and the open space floor plan. This is the Rendering of the final design that we are going to build. We were so excited and honored to receive this piece of art.
